Security Policy

PayDollar is a leading, secure and reliable international payment service provider to banks and online merchants since 2000. Customers’ payment details are securely transmitted to the acquiring bank, card and payment companies for real-time transaction authorisation using 256-bit Extended Validation Certificates (EV) SSL transaction encryption. PayDollar supports CVV/CVC check as well as 3-D secure authentication of Visa and MasterCard namely: Verified By VISA, MasterCard SecureCode for added security protection for both customers and merchant.

1. Payment Methods

1.1 Pay onsite- Payment can be made on site by cash, EPS, credit card.
1.2 Bank-In Deposit: Teller, ATM , Phone Banking, Online Banking Bank account : Magazines International (Asia) Limited HSBC : 193 282 688 001 (for HK Orders Only). (Remark: Please provide the bank code if payment via inter-bank transfer) Please fax or email the payment slip with order number to info@mi-learning.com or info@magazines88.com)
1.3 Authorization Form for credit card payment – Please visits our stores, website or call our customer service hotline for details.

2. Terms of Payment

2.1 Inter-bank online transaction will require 2 – 3 working days for banks confirmations. (e.g. Bank of China account to the Hang Seng Bank account of Magazines International (Asia) Limited.)
2.2 Transaction that process via ATM transfer during non-office hours, such transaction will only confirm on the next working day.
2.3 Upon successful money transferred, customer is required to send us the deposit slip via email to info@mi-learning.com or info@magazines88.com. Relevant order number and contact information must be marked on the slip. Deposit slip that send in non-working hours will take one more working day for processing. (Non-working hours: 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Should customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made within seven days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, no refund shall be made nor there will be any written off.
3.2 Customers are required to arrange all returns delivery.
3.3 Returns request depends upon each store’s operating time. No handling nor acceptance will be catered during non-operating hours.

4. Refund

4.1 The whole refund process will take 2 weeks to process and complete
4.2 Refund will be made by bank transfer to the customer payment account.
4.3 Should the account registered name with Magazines International (Asia) Limited is non-correspondence with the refund applicant’s name, the company reserves the rights to request such applicant to provide identity proof or relevant documents for verification. And the company reserves the rights to cease processing or considering any refund application when the applicant identity cannot be verified.
4.4 In accordance with the rules of Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, when refund is made payable to a 3rd party or other company name which is different from the account registered name, for the sake of account holder interest, refund applicant is required to provide Authorization Letter for clarification and processing. Refund will only make payable to the account registered name when refund applicant cannot or refused to provide this Authorisation Letter.
4.5 The company will cater all reasonable refund requests. Hence, account holder should follow all terms when opening an account with the company ( T&C and Disclaimer – Account ). Keeping confidentiality of all account information, ensure the authenticity of the account user and the possibilities of any liability issues that might be triggered in the future
4.6 All refund requests require refund application form for processing, any personal data that collected from the refund process is strictly using for internal and refund purpose, and will not involve any commercial nor promotion activities

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Magazines International shall deliver the products to the place of delivery designated by Customer and agreed to by Magazines International.
5.2 Any dates quoted by Magazines International for the delivery of the products are approximate only and shall not form part of the Contract. Magazines International shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products and/or services, howsoever caused.
